HDPE Pipes & Sheets

Composition: Made by reinforcement (Braiding) of synthetic yarn in between two or more layers of Soft PVC. The yarn is reinforced in crosswise as well as in longitudinal directions. This provides high pressure carrying capacity as well as good flexibility.

Applications
  • Potable water supply.
  • Conveying corrosive effluents of chemical and other process industries like petrochemicals, paper, dye stuff, rayon and fertilizers.
  • Sewage and solid waste management pipe lines (IS 14333).
  • Underground pipe lines.
  • Cable duct lines.
  • Radioactive Waste.
  • Onshore and off shore pipe lines for dredging.
  • DM/RODM plants.
  • Air conditioning and ducting.
  • Supply of compressed air.
  • Chilled water circulation.
  • MDPE pipes are used for carrying natural gas, LPG, CNG, bio gas etc. for domestic and industrial gas distribution.
  • PP Pipes are used in applications where better mechanical property such as higher impact strength is required.
Key Features
  • Lightweight
  • Flexible – pipes up to 140 mm diameter available in coil form
  • Excellent resistance to stress cracking and long term stress crack propagation
  • Can be safely used down to -40°C
  • Chemically resistant to most corrosive chemicals, acids and alkalies
  • Abrasion resistant
  • All types of fabricate fittings for butt welding available
